General Terms
- The team of Assigned Photographer/s are a set of experts who capture records/images with telephoto and wide-angle lens camera. The team mainly rely on ambient light and external flash.
- There is no limitation on the number of images shot at the wedding/event. The Client will only receive the best images (edited at professional standards) seleeted by the Assigned Photographer/Editor. RAW files of records/images will exclusively be held by StudioGrey and cannot be transferred to the Client.
- Records/Images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc.
- All Images and Video will be uploaded on our Google Drive Account, all data needs to be dowloaded by the client within 3 months after the link is shared. We can also copy all data on a Hard Drive provided bys the client at our studio.
- Copyright of all records/images are owned by StudioGrey. StudioGrey retains the right in all cases to use the records/images in any manner, at any given time and at any part of the world for the pupose of advertisement/promotional activities on social media handles, print media, electronic media etc.
Payment Terms
- All bookings will be confirmed against an advance payment made by the Client.
- All payments and advance booking amount are acceptable in cash, cheque and online transfer.
- All cancellation must be made via email, however, advance booking amount will not be refunded.
